Bruno IQ Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice explains how your information is used when you apply for a position through Bruno IQ.

Bruno IQ is an AI-powered hiring intelligence platform operated by Filibruno LLC d/b/a Bruno IQ. Employers use Bruno IQ to help review and evaluate applicants.

What Bruno IQ Does

When you apply, Bruno IQ may process information such as your:

• resume;
• application information;
• employment history and qualifications;
• written screening responses;
• interview responses; and
• audio or video interview responses if you choose to participate in a recorded interview.

Bruno IQ uses AI-assisted technology to analyze relevant application information and may create scores, summaries, evaluations, transcripts, comparisons, and other hiring intelligence for human reviewers at the company where you applied.

Bruno IQ does not make the hiring decision. The hiring company decides whether you advance, receive another interview, are rejected, receive an offer, or are hired.

If Bruno IQ sends you a rejection or other application-status communication, the hiring company has made that decision and instructed Bruno IQ to communicate it.

Audio and Video Are Optional Where an Alternative Is Offered

Depending on the hiring process, you may be offered the option to participate using audio or video.

Before a recording begins, you will be told that the interview will be recorded and asked to consent.

Where an alternative screening option is available, you may choose to proceed through the available resume, written, or other non-recorded process instead.

Who Can See Your Information

Your application information is made available to authorized users at the hiring company associated with the position for which you applied.

Bruno IQ also uses service providers that help us operate the platform, such as providers supporting hosting, AI processing, transcription, communications, and security.

Bruno IQ does not sell your application information. We do not make your application available to unrelated employers simply because they also use Bruno IQ.

AI Model Training

Under Bruno IQ's current practices, we do not use identifiable Candidate information to train general-purpose AI models.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you for analytics, security, benchmarking, research, and product improvement.

How Long We Keep Your Information

By default, your Candidate record may be retained for 365 days after the hiring company's final decision, unless the applicable workspace uses a different available retention period or a different period is required by law.

After the applicable retention period, your information may be deleted or anonymized.

If the hiring company's Bruno IQ account terminates earlier, its access may end immediately and remaining identifiable information may generally be deleted or anonymized within 90 days, subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
