Candidate AI & Recording Disclosure and Consent

Bruno IQ is an AI-powered hiring intelligence platform used by the company you are applying to.

Bruno IQ may use artificial intelligence to analyze information you provide during the application process, including your resume, written responses, and, if you choose to participate, your audio or video interview responses.

This analysis may be used to create scores, summaries, evaluations, transcripts, and other hiring intelligence for human reviewers at the hiring company.

Bruno IQ does not make the hiring decision. The hiring company decides whether you advance, receive another interview, are rejected, receive an offer, or are hired.

Choose How You Participate

If audio or video interviewing is offered, you may choose:

• Video Interview — Your video and audio will be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using AI-assisted technology.
• Audio Interview — Your audio will be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using AI-assisted technology.
• Continue Without Recording or AI Interview — You may continue through the available resume/written screening process without participating in an AI-analyzed audio or video interview.

Your Consent

Before beginning an audio or video interview, you will be asked to affirmatively consent to the recording and AI-assisted processing described above.
