Managed Remote Professional Terms
These are the Offer Terms for this offer. They are incorporated into the Bruno IQ Customer User Agreement under Section 10 (Trial and Promotional Offers). If these Offer Terms conflict with Section 10, these Offer Terms control for this offer.
Applies to: All fractional and dedicated Managed Remote Professional packages.
- Your price
- Your price, enrollment fee, scope, and hours are the ones shown on the page where you applied and confirmed in your written proposal. You receive the written proposal before you commit. Where the proposal is more specific than this page, the proposal controls.
- Billing
- Managed Remote Professional packages are billed in advance in 4-week billing cycles. That is 13 billing cycles per year, not 12 monthly payments. Prices shown as "every 4 weeks" are per billing cycle.
- Enrollment fee
- A one-time enrollment fee (on some pages called a setup fee) applies. It is non-refundable.
- Initial term
- The initial term is six (6) billing cycles, which is 24 weeks.
- After the initial term
- After the initial term, the agreement continues from one billing cycle to the next until it is cancelled.
- How to cancel
- You can cancel by notifying us in writing at hello@brunoiq.com, with at least one (1) billing cycle's notice. The initial term still applies: a cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of the initial term.
- What is included
- Role definition and recruiting, BrunoIQ screening and interviews, human validation of finalists, employment and payroll, onboarding, and ongoing performance, reporting, and continuity support. Where your package includes BrunoIQ Core hiring software, it covers one location with 200 completed screenings a month; additional locations and usage are scoped in your proposal.
